A simple, powerful way to honor the Aries eclipse.
You’ll need:
A candle (any color that you are feeling at the moment)
Paper + pen
A bowl of water
10 minutes of quiet
Step-by-step:
1. Light your candle. Let the flame remind you of your fire—your power to begin again.
2. Write down one story you’re done living. A fear, pattern, persona, or dynamic that no longer fits.
3. Say aloud: “I release this story. I honor who I was. I claim who I’m becoming.”
4. Burn the paper safely (or tear it up and place it into the water).
5. Sit in stillness. Ask yourself: “What would a new beginning that I really want feel like?”
6. Write down one small action you could take when you’re ready to honor that.
That’s it. No elaborate steps. Just energy, intention, and the willingness to let go.
